Disk check -9 days

I have 2 three tab drives only 33% full
Started to run slow so I had it start a disk check.
That was 9 days ago. It still is flashing the orange light and the only notification is that it is checking the disk.

I try logging online to the settings and t just says progress. No % or eta

I'm starting to get pissed off- no reason it should take 9 days and show no progress. I'm about ready to pull the plug and pray nothing important is lost. 90% is stuff I don't care if I lose....


Any advice? Is there a way to ,make it stop checking the dish without unplugging it?

I'm having a similar issue.
Check Disk is taking forever to run.
I just spoke to one of their Tech Support guys and he's telling me that it can take 4-12 hrs per Tb.
That seems a little ridiculous to me.
