webaccess i will not upload automatically

I have an android and iphone.  I set up the android with webaccess a - and it works well - uploads automatically.

Not so with webaccess i.  Even though I configured the advanced settigns to upload automatically, webaccess i does not start uploading until I clidk on the webaccess i icon on the phone.   

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I'm having the same issues with my phone.

Same here, but even when I start the automatic upload, the app crashes
