Hi,

I've just received, and set up, WZR-1750DHP today. The USB 3.0 port doesn't seem to work.

I've tried two storage devices, attaching each to the upper (usb3.0) port - I tested this wirth both a USB3.0 flash drive  and a USB3.0 external harddrive... and neither work on this port but both will work on the USB2.0 port.

Is this a known issue?

Are you using version 2.08 firmware, as this is the latest version?

teecee

Yes, I'm running the latest firmware, version 2.08.

There is a USB LED on the back. What does it do when you plug in a USB3 device?
**A single copy of data, even on a RAID array, is NOT a backup! Hard drive failure is not a question of IF, but WHEN! Don't take my word for it, take Google's!**

When the usb flash drive is in the USB2.0 slot, a small LED displays solid (continuous/not flashing) blue. When the USB flash drive is the USB3.0 slot, the LED is off.

Sounds like the USB 3.0 port not working. Are others having this problem? I'm wondering if this a firmware issue that will be fixed, or hardware and I need to return (what a pain that will be).
