I have inherited management of a TS-HTGL/R5 (4x500Gb HD's in Raid 5) that we are constantly fighting a losing battle to keep the size down on. Usually it's at 90+% and I know that's not good, and usually once a week or so it is not accessible and I have to restart it from the web interface. Now my problem is that it was being used for rendering over the weekend and had a couple hundred gigs dumped to it, leaving it at 100% full.
Total Capacity: 1,461,815,680 kbytes (1394.10 GB)
Amount Used: 1,461,815,584 kbytes (1394.10 GB)
I have restarted it from the web interface, and I have emptied all the trash boxes in every shared folder, but it doesn't change anything and no matter what, I can't access it from Windows (or a Mac).
It is on F/W 1.23 which I can only assume is old, but when I search on the Buffalo Tech site it says no downloads or documentation is available for that model...
Any one have any other ideas?
Thanks

davo
