Hi,

I recently purchased a HD-PNTU3 unit.  Works perfectly well on my work laptop.

When I tried to load the drive to my home pc I receive the message "Target Drive is not connected".  The user manual appears to suggest the software driver is pre-configured for drive letter: F.

My pc designates the HD-PNTU3 as drive letter: G (drive F is already allocated to another drive).

How can I reconfigure the driver?

Thanks in advance.

Using the windows control panel: Administrative tools: Computer Management.

Under the heading: Storage you will find disk management, this will shows your drives on your computer. To change a drive letter right click on the drive you want changing and select Change drive letter and paths.
