Hi, Is it possible to get the Terastation to wake-on-lan (WOL)? I think some buffalo products now have this capability but can it not be extended to all NAS devices? I have the following terastation: HS-DH2.0TGL/R5 firmware version 2.14 It would also be great to have stand-alone code (ideally source-code) to shutdown the Terastation as well without having to use the browser or any other client. If these features do not exist, what are the chances of getting them added to a new firmware release? They shouldn't be hard to implement. This idea was originally suggested back in 2008 here: http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Storage/Wake-on-lan-wol/m-p/3526/highlight/true#M3017" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://forums.buffalotech.com/t5/Storage/Wake-on-lan-wol/m-p/3526/highlight/true#M3017 Best regards DM

WOL/WOW should be supported as a up to date product.

Hello,

i am using a terastation Live (HS-DHTGL/R5) actual Firmware version 2.14

this is obviously the latest firmware. But i can not start the station over LAN.

is it not prepared for that device or is there something wrong with my W-O-L-client?

The client works brilliant on HP and DELL PCs

thanks for a quick answer
