LS-CHL Unable to access webshare though buffalonas.com

I have set up a webshare and forwarded port 9000 to my LS-CHL.

 

I can access the share via the internet but only when using the "anonymous" web access settings, however, if I change the settings to "allow all groups users" I am presented with the password dialogue and although I am entering the correct password for the share set up in web access service set up after 3 attempts I get the message not authoized.

 

any idea's anyone ?

You will need to create a unique user in User Management in the web user interface since admin/password is not allowed for use with web access.

already set this up per the manual i.e.

 

I have setup a unique name for the webshare, I am entering this in the buffalonas.com site and am then presented with the dialogue to enter the password - I am then entering the password I set up in the NAS webshare pages.

 

I am not trying to log on with the admin username and password
