Don't want to send duplicate queries if I can help it but the first response I got using the form at http://www.buffalo-technology.com/en/support-contact.html">http://www.buffalo-technology.com/en/support-contact.html was very quick, but asked some questions about the issue. I've since replied with some more information but had no response at all. Just wanted to check the address mailto:EMEAsupport@buffalo-technology.com">EMEAsupport@buffalo-technology.com wasn't a blackhole as it wasn't listed on the website.
