Having issues with playback on MediaStation External Blu-ray Hard Drive DVD Combo Drive

I just got this drive, hooked up, installed the software, but it will not play blu ray or hd dvds.

any additional setup - or software that does not come with the package required to play the disks?

 

Get windows error:

 

Windows cannot read from this disk.  The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is nopt compatible with Windows.

 

These are factory HD DVD and Blu Ray movies.  Any ideas how to solve this?

Your product should have came with software, if it did not please email info@buffalotech.com

your serial number along with the model number, requesting the included software.
