HD-CE1.0TU2 CD Image and User Guide in English

   Hi! I recently bought a Buffalo external hard disk (model: HD-CE1.0TU2) in Japan.  I was wondering where I can get a copy of the CD image and user manual in English since the one that came with the package is in Japanese and I don't understand it. 

I've tried downloading the CD image from Buffalo USA website.  I was prompted to enter the model and serial number.  However, whenever I do so, I get an error saying "Invalid Serial."

 

I've summarized the details below:

Model: HD-CE1.0TU2

OS: Windows Vista

Firmware Version: 3.0

Thanks for the reply.  I tried the link and I believe what you've given me is the firmware update, which I already have.  

 

I was trying to download the CD image and user manual via the Buffalo USA website but I get an error saying I've inputted an "Invalid Serial [Number]".  If anyone can advise me on how to overcome this error or give me a link to the CD image and user guide in English, it will be greatly appreciated.

If it's not on our FTP site, there is no other way to do it as it requires validation with a US serial number. Try the singapore site instead.
