Hi,

I've been trying for 2 days to get the Linkstation pro  HS-DHGL 763 to work.

I can see the folders going through explorer over the lan, I can create folders as well, but I can't copy any files accross, it just times out,

the web admin doesn't access the drive at all. the firmware is  2.10.

I have tried accessing through the web admin on 3 differnt computers, 2 using vista one xp pro, SP3.

its connected via a wi-fi router

any help would be great

Plug the LS directly into your comp and see if the NAS Navi finds it. If it does, set an IP address on your comp to match the subnet of the LS and try accessing it.

Also try updating Firmware to version 2.11.
