Response denied by WatchGuard HTTP proxy

Hi,

 I just setup my Linkstation Pro Duo for web access. I can login and browse everything fine. I cannot open anything. Music/word docs/etc. I get this error back when I try:

(this example from a word doc)

 

Response denied by WatchGuard HTTP proxy.
Reason: header 'Content-Type' denied rule='Default' value='application/octet-stream'
Method: GET
Host: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXX
Path: /shares/Share/someFile.doc

 

I figure this is not an issue from the Linkstation but I was wondering if someone had come across this and how they resolved it? It is a router issue or something else?

   Looks like it has to do with my business' proxy server. Went over to my parent-in-law's house and was able to download, etc

   I would still be interested to get things pass the proxy... so if anyone has any ideas, that would be great!
