   The write speed is inbeliavably slow. I have read other threads and have downloaded the firmware upgrade.  Firmware update runs and concludes with an ACP State Failure error and upload is aborted. I then logged on the NAS and did a Maintenance, Initialization and did a reset to factory defaults.  Once completed, I tried the update again and still get the ACP State Failure error.  I am really getting frustrated with this. What are my next steps?? RMA??

   I forgot to mention that no firewall nor anti-virus software was runnign when I tried to do the firmwar3e update.
