New Mac and Windows XP PC access the same new Linkstation Live LS-CH1.0TL

I have two PC's that currently access my new LS-CH1.0TL and just ordered a new Mac. I would like to read and write to the LS-CH1.0TL from the new Mac so all three computers (2 PC's and new Mac) can share flies. Is there anything I will need to do in order to make this happen (reformat the drive)?

Nothing special. On the mac, from Finder, click Go->Connect to Server, then for the Server Address field, type in smb://ip_address_of_linkstation.
