Solid blue/flashing orange LED on Linkstation Quad 4TB, bricked?

When I started it up & ran the setup utility, it got to setting up the IP address (Linksys WRT310N router) & said it failed.  When I go into the router settings, it looks like the IP is good, but it won't come up when I try to map the drive.  OS of the local PC is Vista SP1, installed the patch.

When I enter the IP address, the only option that is selectable is Disk Copy & it says that a disk utility is running & other options are unavailable until it is complete.  Drive LED's are solid green.  Been like this for an hour, wait it out?

The LED seems to flash 3 times, for what it's worth, then it repeats.

Is it still doing this? It sounds like it's in disk check. This process can take quite a few hours.

I let it run overnight, it's still solid blue with 3 flashing orange on a repeat cycle.  Drive LED's are solid green.  Can't log into the device via IP address, Setup program won't see the device, but router is still showing the IP address.

Pressing the power button does nothing.
