I'm using Buffalo LinkStation 420 6TB. I'm trying to configure the WebAccess with BuffaloNAS.com. I have filled all required fields including BuffaloNAS.com Name (as xxxx_nas), External Port is 9000, and Internal port is 9000. I have configured my router (LinkSys WAG120N) enabling port forwarding of port 9000 and enabling UPnP. After I clicked "OK", there is an error "This is an NAS-API internal error."

Would you suggest on this?

Thank you very much.

Hi, I am also having the same problem on a Terastation 5200. I am using a CIsco router that has port 9000 forwarded to the NAS (which is on a static IP). I always get the "There is an NAS-API internal error" and cant go any further. I have tried creating a WebAccess enabled share both with and without any access restrictions but still have no success. Can anyone provide any suggestions?

Thank you.
