Problem with user access for shared folders

I am encountering the error "Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user using more than 1 user name is not allowed"

 

I was hoping to use the "create local users" feature to basicly create passowrd protected folders so i could share the username and password with anyone I wanted to have access to a certain folder.  The charity organization has a basic network of 12 stations, and users dont have individual log-ins, they are shared workstations.  we have some databases and projects we want in shared folders that you need a password to get in.  Aparently this is the closes thing to it but im hitting the problem/error after connecting to 1 folder, and then trying to connect to another with different credentials.

is there a way to get the NAS (1tb link station live) to ignore windows credentials and just rely on user names and passwords I create logged in to the nas manually?  I know this seems to be more a windows issue but am unsure how to proceed, or if its possible.  Would turning off credentials manager be disasterous in other ways for windows 7?  

 

really just looking for the easiest way to create multiple and different  password protected folders on a shared drive.

This is a Windows limitation, it stores one, and only one log on credential for each session, if you then try to access the NAS on a different password, it will not allow you.

 

Only option is to log off the Windows session and log back on.
