Hi, i have daily emails sent out to check for disk errors in disk 1 and disk 2 and so far no errors found. But i login to web admin and found disk 2 is in Error state. I performed a check disk on the array and it is still the same. How come the alert shows 0 error?

Have you tried rebuilding the RAID? (assuming you are using RAID1)
