Hello all, I am clearly new here.

I do not have time to really search, did a quick scan and not sure how to fix an issue, if I even can,

I have the following issue

Connection Error:
Some disk information are not obtained.
Failed to get the error information.

I have checked the network cable and it works, as I have tested with other devices.

I have made sure power is on (plugged in)

I have installed supplied software

I recieved the drive second hand for free so not to worried but would like it to work.

It shows a red triangle in the software (NAS Navigator)

Thank you

davo
