CS-WX4.0 device password reset

Hi,

 

I try to access my cloudstation CS-WX4.0 via local settings (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx). I get the login screen and now the device password is requested. The default password ("password") isn't correct.  

Is there a way to reset the password to the factory settings? (I've tried the function button during startup but no result)

The reset program reported "not able to reset" but the password is reset and I can access the drives again.No data is lost.
