Recover Device Password [CS-X2.0-AP] after firmware update

My storage was strucked at EM mode (probably due to power outage one of the night).  I updated the firmware to the latest version 1.13 build 2.35 and established the connection. However, it prompted me to input "device password". The original key "password" is not working here. Try to call the helpdesk in my region but not very helpful. Hope to find some recovery tool here.
