Linkstation Pro duo stopped emailing me

My Linkstation Pro duo has been working flawlessly for about 3 months. I have a USB backup drive connected. It produced some error messages that the Linkstation emailed me. Ever since then, the Linkstation has stopped emailing me status reports. I have disconnected the USB drive and am replacing it. I checked the settings, and all seems to be in order and unchanged. I had it send me a test email, and that came through no problem. I changed the time to 7:00 AM for the status email, and still no dice. Any idea how to fix this?

reset the linkstation via the admin page and reconfigure the email notification once this is done.

I'm not sure what you mean by reset. If you mean restore to factory settings, that would be a pain. What I did is restart the Linkstation, and that solved the problem! Not sure why I didn't think to do that first.

Did the email issue, ever come back, because I have tired a restart and it still won't email!
