Lost of connection on TeraStation 5400 when using Windows 7 and 8

Hello a TS 5400 is experiencing lost connection when connecting windows 7 and windows 8 users, windows XP users are not affected, permissions are assign by domain/active directory.

According to forums LM & NTLM settings were confirmed:

"- Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Local Security Policy
- Local Policies - Security Options
- Network security: LAN Manager authentication level
- Send LM & NTLM responses
- Minimum session security for NTLM SSP
- Disable Require 128-bit encryption"

But the problem persist.
