Hi Guys,

I just bought a new Buffalo Cloudstation CS-X 2TB today and for awhile, I was very happy with it. It worked out of the box like a charm and I proceeded to spend the rest of the day backing up my files into the drive. Unfortunately, after a few hours of backing up, the drive suddenly went off line. I tried the apps, the website, the local connection, everything. I'm still unable to connect. to my drive. The blue light, that's supposed to be steady is now blinking non stop.

Is there anyone who has any idea how to troubleshoot this, or better yet, solve it?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Chris

I'm also having the same issue. I've been using this NAS (CS-X2.0-AP) as my media storage about a months and it works fine for me. But today while listening music at my PC(source file from NAS) it suddenly stops playing and my NAS beeps and  it's blue light keeps on blinking.

Buffalo support we need your help please.

Thank you,

Lemuel
