hi we were sold this product today by a lady at a local computer store who said we would be able to plug it into our tv and watch our movies that we put on there from the computer. since getting this home we have loaded our movies and photos onto the hard drive and plugged the usb cord into 2 different tv's and the hard drive has not even registered on the tv's let alone played our movies!
please Help!
