Buffalonas problem

I have not used Buffalonas for a while and it has always been working fine up till now.

I tried to access it today and it would not access my box. I noticed the ip address it is trying to access is different to my router ip address. I have accessed the box and gone to save the settings that I have previously used and am getting an error message

"error accessing BuffaloNas.com, check Internet settings" I have tried this on two devices.

Any ideas?

your network settings are not set correctly on the NAS, check them and enter the correct default gateway and DNS addresses, failing this reset the unit to defaults via the System -> Restore/Erase tab and it will obtain all the information automatically from your router.

Ok. I have reset the box. When I go to save the settings in the Web access page (settings are definitely correct) I get a message "error accessing BuffaloNas.com, check Internet settings and it does not save the settings.

OK so, what is the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway that you have set for both your PC and Linkstation?

Buffalonas user names expire after 60 days if not used within that time.
