Hi all, Can anyone help me,

I have purchased a LS WVL Linkstation pro duo, to use as a network at home for laptop, 2 x ipads & 2 x iphones.

All set up ok on PC, it wakes the NAS box up and shuts down no problem.

On Ipad & Iphones, I have installed the buffalo webaccess app which works fine, however it will not wake up the Nas box when i try and access it? any ideas?

I thought i may need to install the SP navigator, so i did, but it does not recognise the password for some reason, and it seems from reviews for the app, everyone else is having the same problem too.

Do i need the SP navigator app to wake up the Nas box? i cant see what the navigator is for tbh?

I am having to turn my laptop on for the nas box to wake up as it is set to auto, then the ipads will see it, surely i don't need to do this do i?

Thanks i would appreciate your help

Best regards

Alex

The iPad and iPhones are not designed to wake the NAS via auto mode, only a PC or MAC can do this.

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
