I have a 2TB WD20EARX and an older Seagate Baracuda 7200 250GB hard drive in Linkstation LS-WVL. Both are SATAII/III drives.

Each drive has a share defined and both shares mapped to my Windows 7 PC. Copying a file from one share to another is very slow (speed in Windows is 530 kB/s, with terracopy 2.5MB/s)

I thought this unit was supposed to max at 72MB/s.

Please help - is there a faster way to copy files from one drive to another in the NAS?
