New 4tb Linkstation Duo - password prompts

Hi All, 

 

I have just recently purchased a new Linkstation Duo, model LS-WX4.0TL/R1 and set it up today..

All seemed to be going okay, software went on, icons appeared etc but when opening NAS Navigator2 and clicking on the image/link to the LS-WX47LA drive i just get new dialogue box that opens askign for username and password and cant get nay further...  I tried the default admin/password but without luck but did manage to get in to the web setting with this combo so then trined to set up specific user accounts, names and passwords but these still dont work.... After 6 hrs straight of goign in circles i am surrendering to better knowledge - PLEASE can any one help me !.....

 

The machine looks great sat int he corner, nice and shiny with a bright blue light but  do need it to actually work :-)
