Active Directory Integration Problem ?

Hello everyone 

 

We use Terastation(TS-RXL / Rackmount) 

 

We use it as fileserver 

 

We have the following problem 

 

os : windows 2008 R2

dns name : terafile

ip address : 192.168.x.x

 

using active directory integrated environment

 

 - Since a date(We don't know exactly)

   we connect to fileserver by  entering ip address(192.168.x.x), folder list is shown, it is ok

   the problem is  when we try entering the folder, window open and request id and password 

 

   when  we connect to fileserver by dns name(\\terafile) everything is ok 

 

  dns and reverse is also fine 

 

  what should i do ? 

  please help me
