Replacement Drive Trays for Linkstation Quad?

I am looking to buy some replacement drive trays for a Linkstation Quad and I am unable to find part numbers on the existing ones that I have.  Does anyone know where I can get the parts?  I have been unable to get in touch with Buffalo technical support for by phone several days and they are not returning my emails.

I apologize for the support team not responding to you. Are you in the USA/Canada? If so, email us at support@buffalotech.com and include your whole LS part number (we have a few different LS Quads), and our support team will set up a parts replacement.  If you aren't in the USA/Canada, let me know what region you are in, and I will contact the support team for that region to try and get some trays for you.
