I've got 2 Terastation Pro's that were set up to back up some folders to one another.  I now need to delete some of the backup folders to free space on one, but get 'access denied' (from a windows server).  I can work with other folders I've created on this box without this issue, just not the backup ones.

Before I delete the share from the Terastation is there anything else I can check ?

Make sure access restrictions are disabled.

I've got access restrictions disabled.  I can delete any other folder, except the one my other Terastation created backing up to it.  The directories have the date and time the backup ran as a name, and I get 'source file may be in use' when I try to delete it. (via a machine that can read/write to it).

Any other ideas ?
