Apologies if this is a repeat issue but I haven't seen a categoric response yet.

Recently switched laptops and went from Window XP to Windows 7 (64-bit). My CE500U2 does not seem to be accessible when using Windows 7. I can see the drive in "Devices and Printers" but I can't access it. It's not visible in the "Disk Management" window.

Still works OK on the old laptop with XP so the hardware is OK.

What do I need to do to get access using windows 7? From previous posts it seems that this drive may not support a 64-bit OS. So do I have any options to make this drive compatible with Windows 7?

Thanks in advance.
