NovaStore v14 Available - How to Upgrade?

I see that NovaStore has release V14 of the backup utility which now supports Windows 8. Having just purchased a LS-WX4.0 along with a new Windows 8 notebook, I need to get the upgraded utility ASAP, but I don't see it in the download area. How can I get the upgrade?

contact your local support directly, however, as far as im aware V14 is not yet supported by Buffalo and is only available at additional cost from novastor. However contact Buffalo directly to verify this.

If you are in the USA or Canada, we just posted the V14 upgrade link on our download site. Go to http://www.buffalotech.com," target="_blank">www.buffalotech.com, click on downloads, select your product, scroll down to Novastor, click and enter your USA/Canada serial number, and it should take you to the upgrade offered by Novastor. Novastor charges a small fee for the upgrade.
