Not able to boot from Ministation Portalble drive

Have installed Ubuntu on Buffalo Ministation Portable USB 3 Hard Drive, But it does not able to boot from this drive

File System Selected : Ext4

 

Let me know which file system supported for hard drive, Also let me know Is there any reason for not able to boot linux from this device
