I have just purchased a buffalo Linkstation LS-XL024 2 Terrabyte.

Whenever the drive is on it always clunks every few seconds and

if you put your hand on the unit you can feel the slight

vibration of it with each clunk.

I have been using and building computers for over 20 years and

know the sound of a faulty hard drive, and this sounds faultyto me.

I do not want to load anymore of my precious home movies onto

this drive, only to have it fail then loose everything.
