I have a terastation and I could access it through my network. I moved my terastation 3 feet where I had to unplug  the network cable and then plug it back in. Now I cannot access the unit. When I go to the NAS Navigator to  it shows the IP address - does not show the drives . When I try to go to set up and browser management- it goes to the internet then comes back with a not found page. But my internet works fine otherwise on that computer.

I have the terastation hooked up through the network using a Linksys router. The linksys software shows the unit a part of the network .

I have rebooted both the computer and the terastation- now the terastation says operating in emergency mode. What should I try?

First off:

-What is the Model?

-What OS are you using?

-Does the TS display any errors on the unit itself?

-What is the Firmware version you are running?

-Does the NAS Navi  give you a FW version?

Try going to Start> Run> \\IP of the TS
