Hello, I recently purchased a Link Station Duo, with a 2TB storage capacity and I am attampting to set up web access. After going to Extensions>web access (in the web setting) and clicking on "easy web settings", setting a name, and enabaling, and finaly clicking save I get a message that my rounter does not support universal plug and play configure web access manualy (my rounter is a 1TB 3 year old apple time capsual). So I went into the manual settings and set the ports, I retained the same number for the internal port and set an external port, disabled auto-configure firewall because when I tried to save with it on the save would not work, and then set a Nas key, a Nas name, enabled web access and enabled BuffaloNas.com name. The save worked and I was able to access my files on the internet while on my local network. However I am unable to acces the BuffaloNas.com/my nas name. When I attempt to go to buffaloNas.com and then enter my Nas name it says unable to reach server <my IP>.

Information:

Using Mac OSX & Windows 7

Ports are forwared

My NAS has an ip of 10.0.1.**
