I have a LS-WTGL/R1-V3 F/W 3.03 configure in RAID 0 1TB partition.  I've been using it as a backup/share location for files.  I'm connecting from a Windows machine.  After copying a large directory of files I found that the # of files from source and destination location (on the LinkStation) did not match.  As I was going through and getting Properties through the directories to see which directory was missing files the entire parent directory disappeared.  I did notice some odd clicking sounds as I was performing the Property listing on the directories.  I performed a Disk Check on the Web management GUI and it seems to have completed without reporting any issues.

Any ideas on how I can check/recovery a directory?
