Linkstation Pro Duo Web Access Issue

I am having trouble retrieving files from my Linkstation Pro Duo using the Web Access.  I can log on fine and all the files show up.  When I go to view or download (by right clicking on "open" next to a file and selecting "save target as") I get the following message:

 

"Internet Explorer cannot download xxxxxxx.xxx from (IP address) the supplied HTTP header is invalid"

 

The files I have problems with are large files, small files seem to work fine.  I read all the documentation and couldn't find any size limitation.

Could you provide more information so we can test it? Let me know of the file types and sizes you've had problems with. What firmware version are you running?
