can't set up webaccess in my LS-XL

trying to do set up webaccess using easy webaccess settings, i keeep on getting the following message: UPnP Gateway not found and/or doesn't
support port forwarding, use manual setup.
UPnP gateway is enabled on my router.

How can i solve this?

disable UPnP, select external port 9000 then manually forward this port on your router to the Linkstations IP address.
