When using DFS replication between a Terastation PRO II and an SB2003 R2 server.

If my SBS2003 server were to crash and be unavailable,  would I be able access the DFS shares and Files on my Terastaion with out the presence of an Active Directory Domain Controller?

Assuming that you've authenticated the Terastation to Active Directory, it should work that way. I would test it before relying on it, however.
