Unable to FTP through web browser or FileZilla

My QuadStation LS-QL/R5 with firmware 1.63 is not able to accept any connection through FTP protocol (ftp://192.168.1.60/array1/XXXX)." target="_blank">ftp://192.168.1.60/array1/XXXX). Using FileZilla to connect i get the error "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server". I have enabled FTP under Network settings as well as FTP in folder options. Im not using any AD control either.

can you access it if you use FTP via your browser or explorer?
