Trying to set up Web Access on Android phone, on pressing Linkstation icon that appears in Smartphone Navigator I'm asked for 'Administrator. Password' What exactly is that I have to enter here? Have tried 'password', 'LS-VL998' the name of my linkstation, even my IP Address. Have tried to give my my Buffalo NAS.com a name in Web Access using Extensions >WebAccess >modify, but what I put in doesn't work either, forall these I just get authentication failed, really frustrating as I've been trying to set up Web Access on Android phone forover 18 mmonths without success, it's just a complete mystery to me.
Can anyone help me please! Thanks

First and foremost are you able to use the web access feature and connect to your linkstation succesfully from outside of your network( Via another PC)?

Download Buffalo Webbaccess A , if your settings are right you shouldn`t need any more than your buff nas .com name. There are only 2 ecceptions to this 1. buff nas .com name you set has expired.... 2. You have set access restrictions on the file that you are sharing. I would suggest you to take a look at the link below.
