   Hi, I've got a LinkStation Live HS-DH750GL and running software version 2.10. There's a newer version 2.11 and I want to upgrade but I doesn't work. The LSupdater application crashes at execusion. Another thing is that the update files are not .img files but some strange buffalo.updated extension. Are this really the correct files ?? Seems strange that they put wrong files on their website. Thanks in advance, hope someone out there can help me.

What region are you downloading them from?  Also make sure you unzip the entire package.  Please disable any and all firewall and antivirus software.

   I'm downloading from Sweden. The firewall or antivirus program does not cause me any problems. It's the  LSUpdater that's giving me the problem. Maybe I should try to attach directly via LAN cable and not via WLAN ?
