Linkstation Live webaccess probs

Yes I read through the instructions, and tried all options.  For whatever reason, I am unable to access my LSL over the web from work, but I can access it via the Android app.  I've tried setting up the NAS and router with UPnP, static and DHCP IP on the NAS, no UPnp on the NAS and forwarding the correct ports on my router.  Tried using the buffalonas.com method, and disabling that and trying to connect via my WAN IP, no luck.  I can access the webaccess page when on my LAN, but only outside via Android or iPhone.  Really at a loss!

I am experiencing similiar same problem.  Works via internal LAN, couldn't access via 3g android and/or WAN via wifi.  My linkstation model is LS-WVL2EA and firmware version is 1.62. 

 

Would appreciated if anyone know how to resolve this.
