So I have been working at getting my information off my HS-DH2.0TGL/R5 for quite some time.  I have worked through trying to get support and it is very hard.  I was instructed to upgrade my firmware using NAS Navigator.  This application will not recognize my NAS at all even when I am a one to one connection with a cross over cable.  I can ping the NAS but nothing else.  So I installed the NASNavigator2 v2.43, this will recognize my NAS, but will not let me talk to it when entering my password, I get an error cod 12029.  So the next advice was for me to find an identical inclosure/model NAS and put my drives in there.  Well I finally found one and swapped my drives out for the drives it shipped with..  Guess what, no luck, so now I am not just out my data, but also another chunk of change.  The cheapest I have been able to find a company that will build a XFS system to pull my data is almost $4K.  So I am looking for any advice from anyone to get to my information before I go broke getting my information off this array.
