LS-X1.0TL CAN´T OPEN FILES ON SHARED FOLDER FROMM OTHER COMPUTER HELP

 LS-X1.0TL 

 have some issues opening shared folders from other computer via wireless Lan with windows vista and windows 7.  

 

I ´´ve instaled the NAS in the main computer , with  home vista,  Via ethernet cable.  and everything  doing OK.  then instaled nasnavi2 in other PC "with xp home premium" , accesing "via wireless lan"  and  working perfect. the same procedure with Wireless Lan in lapton with windows vista starter ., then problems comes up:    I can see and acces  the NAS, and  open shared folders too. but after clicking a file  it gets stuck , and stop working, same stuff triying to open  web acces manager from there. after a while  a single message comes up : something about you don´t have permission to acces that folder ......to the folder.    then I desactivate acces restrictions in webmanager  in main PC,  then tried to disable firewall y both laptops, anfter that  It stills the same problem .  I´m  actually dowloading the new firmware,, hope is that. but not shure. please anyone helpme. ok. I´ve followed the suggestion, and booting from safe mode with networking, and isn´t improved any.

 

the problem is: after the installation of nas navi2 in vrs.2.0 in 4 different computers using Wireless lan at home. it looks like NAsnavi2 doesn´t work properly with windows vista and vindows seven. ( the error appears when I try to open a file (word document, video etc.) in any Folder, wich I previous set up with no restrictions the error is : apphangb1. see the image please the operative system that doesn´t give me any issues opening files, oppening web manager etc. video word documents . etc is windows xp. I´m agree with you, I don´t think is the NAS itself. thanks, for your help. :-)
