Buffalo External Hard Disk Undetected

Hi, My buffalo external hard disk 1 TB HD PZ1 that I just bought few months ago cannot be detected and does not shows on my computer. There was no detection also in disk management. But the light on the externl hard disk was on every time I plug it on. I tried on other computers but it shown the same problems. Plz help.

If it does not appear in Disk Management using different PCs and cables then the internal HDD is faulty.

GO TO START-->CONTROL PANEL---->Performance and Maintenance--->Administrative Tools--->COMPUTER MANAGEMENT----->on your left side click on disk management. you will see your http://www.iphone-mac.com/recover-data-from-formatted-hard-drive.html">data recovery from external hard drive just make it active "right click" hope that solves if not there are other advanced options let me know if the above answer does not solve the problem.
