The data downloaded by BT disappeared after reset NAS LS-WXL

NAS LS-WXL firmware ver .1.6,  it is very strange that the data downloaded by BT is alwasys disappeared after the NAS is reset.  And all of BT setting is back to default value.   Do you know why? And could you please help??  Thanks!

thanks for your replying, Brian.  It were movies to be downloaded,  and now this issue is solved by your comments of the EM mode.
